Where Are We?

You will find us in the bus terminal building in Norwich Airport’s Park and Ride car park. You can find us on your favourite mapping app by searching for Norwich Aviation Centre. When you turn into Amsterdam Way, with Porcelanosa on your right, you will come to a mini roundabout – turn left. At the next mini-roundabout turn left again into the Park and Ride car park.

Parking is free for all Norwich Aviation Centre customers.

Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Voucher Validity: This voucher is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. To avoid extension fees, flight bookings must be made within this 6-month period. If the booking is not made within this time frame, an extension charge will apply to extend the voucher validity up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase

Non-transferability and Value: This voucher has no cash value and cannot be resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash. It is valid solely for the specific purchase for which it was issued and may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or events offered by NAC.

Non-refundable: Once a flight booking has been made using this voucher, it is non-refundable.

Cancellation and No-show Policy: A cancellation or no-show fee will be deducted from the voucher value if you fail to attend your reservation or arrive late, preventing the flight from proceeding. If you are running late, you must inform us as soon as possible. A grace period of 15 minutes after the scheduled reservation time will be allowed.

Flight Changes and Cancellations: NAC reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or reallocate your flight time/date, or alter the flight routing due to weather conditions, Air Traffic Control requirements, airspace restrictions (e.g., military activity), or technical issues. In such cases, no refund will be provided, but NAC will offer alternative flight arrangements.

Passenger Weight Requirement: For flight safety, you are required to provide an accurate weight for each passenger. The weight should reflect your fully clothed and shod weight as you would be on the day of the flight. Light aircraft are weight-sensitive, and inaccurate weight declarations may result in the cancellation of your flight. If the weight provided is found to be incorrect on the day of the flight, a standard cancellation charge will be applied to the voucher, and an alternative flight date/time will be arranged.
