Disclaimer: For the purposes of flight safety and accurate weight and balance calculations, we require the provision of your precise weight. The weight provided must reflect your weight in light clothing and shoes, as you would wear during the flight. Failure to provide an accurate weight, or if your actual weight on the day exceeds the declared amount, may result in the cancellation of your flight without a refund.

You MUST carry photographic ID (Passport/Driving Licence) with you during your visit. You MUST provide an accurate weight in the section above, this is for flight safety and aircraft weight and balance calculations. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in your flight being cancelled without refund.

Norwich Aviation Centre Ltd (known here as NAC) provides Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance; the aircraft owners provide suitable insurance for passengers engaged in flights that NAC operate. Being aware that participation in flying entails risks which could result in serious physical, mental or emotional injury or trauma, paralysis, death, or damage to myself, third parties and my own or others' property, I expressly agree and promise to accept and assume all of the risks of flying, including but not limited to those listed above. My participation in flying is purely voluntary, no one is forcing me to participate, and I elect to participate in spite of the risks. I fully understand that I may elect to not participate in any given flight at any time. I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NAC from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action which may be in any way connected with my participation in flying or the use of NAC’s equipment or facilities, including all such claims which allege negligent acts or omissions of Service Provider.

Disclaimer: All flight routes are subject to the constraints imposed by Air Traffic Control, airspace regulations, and prevailing weather conditions on the day of the flight. While we make every effort to accommodate customer route requests, there may be instances where we are unable to fly the exact route due to these restrictions. In such cases, we reserve the right to offer, at our discretion, an alternative route of equivalent flight time.
