*Landing Fees

• • Dual Lessons – 1st Landing is included if flight is greater than 1 hour
  • Private Hire – 1st landing included if flight is greater than 1.3 hours

** Lifejacket Hire

Lifejackets are compulsory when you are making a water crossing and cannot remain within glide range of a suitable landing area during the water crossing.

*** Out of Hours fees

Out of hours fees are charged for aircraft collection or return outside of usual office hours 0800-1700. We will not charge you if a member of staff is naturally onsite for lessons or other activities.

****Cancellation Fee

Cancellation Fees are charged whereby a customer cancellation is made within 48hours of reservation (96 hours on intensive course) . The Cancellation fee is charged for each reservation session cancelled within the 48 Horus window; a reservation window is classed as a 2 hour reservation slot. EG. if you cancel a reservation within the window that was booked from 1000-1600 that would equate to 3 reservation slots being cancelled.  We are reasonable and will review a cancellation fee, at our discretion, where it can be demonstrated that the cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances. No Cancellation fee applies where there is weather downtime.

***** Skills Tests

         You are charged at the standard dual flight rate, as NAC instructors are removed from normal flight training duties in order to conduct the test                       on behalf of the CAA in their capacity as authorised examiners.

         Your aircraft is reserved specifically for your test, giving you priority access and the opportunity to select your preferred aircraft, subject to                           availability.

         Please note that, in addition to the fee payable to NAC, there is also a separate examiner’s fee payable directly to the examiner for the use of                         their CAA examining privileges.
